The website appartcity.com (hereinafter the “Website”) is the exclusive property of SAS Appart'City (hereinafter the “Publisher”), a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €41,234,551.18, registered with the Montpellier Trade and Companies Register under number 490 176 120 (intra-community VAT number: FR 30 490 176 120), whose registered office is located at 125, rue Gilles Martinet – CS 10007, 34277 Montpellier Cedex 3, France. The Website’s Publishing Director is Mr. Vincent Compagnon, in his capacity as Chairman of the Management Board of SAS Appart'City.

2. Terms of Service

The minimum configuration required to access the Website is as follows: a screen resolution of 1024x768 pixels, Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.x or Mozilla Firefox 34.x browser software.

4. Personal data

In accordance with the provisions of French Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on Data Processing, Data Files, and Individual Liberties, the automated processing of personal data implemented within the framework of the Website has been declared to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

Personal data that users may be required to provide is provided voluntarily, particularly through Website forms or participation in a game. This information is necessary for the Publisher to manage user files. If users do not provide the required information, the Publisher will not be able to process such files. For evidentiary purposes, the Publisher may confidentially store and archive user data.

Unless expressly agreed by the user (electronic consent), collected data will not be rented, exchanged, or transferred to companies outside the SAS Appart'City group.


5. Cookies

In accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC, the Publisher uses cookies to simplify the use of forms and analyze website traffic in order to improve the quality of the Website. A cookie is a data block that does not identify users but records information relating to users’ actions and navigation on the Website.

Users are informed that during visits to the Website, cookies related to browser software may be automatically installed on the computer(s) used.

Unless browser settings are adjusted or action is taken by the user, cookies remain stored for five (5) years on the computer(s) used to consult the Website. Users may disable Google Analytics advertising features and customize ads displayed on Google’s Display Network via the Google Ads Preferences Manager.

Users have the right to access, modify, rectify, and delete personal data collected via cookies under the same conditions as described in Section 4. Personal information concerning users is intended for the Publisher.


6. Compliance with Legislation and Liability

The Publisher informs users that all applicable laws and regulations are enforceable on the Internet. Users are required to comply with the provisions of the Law of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, data files, and individual liberties, violations of which may result in criminal penalties. The Publisher owns or holds rights to the Website’s general structure, architecture, software, texts, images (animated or not), graphics, sounds, and all elements composing the Website. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, alteration, total or partial, of the Website or its content, by any means and on any medium, is prohibited.


Any unauthorized use of the Website, its content, and/or information disclosed therein shall incur the user’s liability and constitute infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.


The same applies to databases that may appear on the Website, which are protected under the Law of July 1, 1998 transposing the European Directive of March 11, 1996 on the legal protection of databases into the French Intellectual Property Code. The Publisher’s trademarks and logos displayed on the Website are registered trademarks. Any reproduction or representation, total or partial, of these trademarks or logos, alone or combined with other elements, without prior written authorization from the Publisher is prohibited and shall incur user liability under Articles L.713-2 and L.713-3 of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Our Commitment and Website Redesign

The redesign of https://www.appartcity.com/ was carried out with particular attention to digital accessibility. The development team was trained in best practices and RGAA requirements to integrate accessibility from the design and development stages.
