At Appart’City, we understand that your pets are part of the family. That’s why our aparthotels are designed to welcome you and your pet with peace of mind.
We allow two pets per apartment to ensure everyone’s comfort. Dogs weighing less than 30 kg and cats are welcome. Unfortunately, for regulatory reasons, Category 1 and 2 dogs cannot be accepted.
For harmonious coexistence, your pet must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in common areas, and they are not permitted in dining areas.

Upon arrival at 30 of our aparthotels, your dog will receive a welcome kit filled with thoughtful treats. At the reception, a dog bar is available for them to refresh at any time. If you forget anything, we provide baskets and bowls to ensure their comfort. To offer you the best welcome, more than 30 of our aparthotels hold the QualiDog label. This certification shows our commitment to caring for your pets. This label will soon be extended to all our aparthotels in France, Belgium, and Switzerland.
