Environmental and Social Charter

Our establishment is actively committed to responsible management aimed at reducing its environmental impact while promoting ethical and sustainable practices. Currently, nearly 3/4 of our aparthotels are certified with the Green Key label, and we are working to extend this certification across our entire network. This label, awarded by a jury of sustainable tourism experts, recognizes establishments that have adopted a rigorous environmental approach, as follows:

WE RAISE AWARENESS AMONG OUR TEAMS AND CUSTOMERS

  • Our establishment manager has completed specific training on the challenges of sustainable tourism, environmental preservation, and CSR.
  • Our teams are trained in eco-friendly practices for their daily tasks.
  • We provide you with information booklets, brochures, and posters about the local animal and plant species.

WE CONSERVE WATER AND ENERGY

  • We have installed water-saving devices/pressure reducers on taps and showers to preserve resources.
  • We record our water and electricity meter readings monthly to better manage consumption.
  • 100% of our lighting uses LED or low-energy bulbs, providing energy savings and comparable comfort for you.
  • We have installed motion detectors/timers in common areas and hallways to reduce energy waste.

WE REDUCE AND SORT WASTE

  • We have implemented multiple selective sorting points.
  • We use mostly bulk or large-package products to minimize unnecessary packaging.
  • We reduce the use of disposable tableware.

WE CARE ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS' WELL-BEING

  • For your breakfasts, we offer fresh, local, and seasonal fruits.
  • We also provide organic and/or fair-trade products in our breakfasts.
  • Our establishment is entirely smoke-free.
