Frequently Asked Questions
If you arrive outside reception hours, our team will place an envelope with your name in the safe located at the residence reception. The safe code will be sent to you by SMS on the day of your arrival (contact us if you did not enter your mobile phone number when booking). Your apartment number will also be given to you in the SMS (this information is not included in your envelope for security reasons).
With Appart'City, travel light! You will find in your apartment a bathroom linen kit including: 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per apartment. An additional bathroom linen kit is available on request (optional). Your room is ready for your arrival, the beds are already made, you can leave your sheets at home!
Rest assured, you are never alone! A telephone number is displayed at the Appart'City reception, one of our employees will be available for all your requests.
The reception hours for each Appart’City are indicated on your Appart’City page, on the “HOUR TIMES” link. During these time slots, our reception team will be pleased to give you the keys to your apartment directly. Arrivals outside these time slots are possible 24/7.
A supplement per night will be charged for all stays. Only pets weighing less than 30kg are accepted at Appart'City.
At Appart'City your bed is made upon your arrival. Enjoy the comfort of your bedding with firm, soft pillows and a cozy duvet. You also have: 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per apartment. An additional kit is available on request (optional).
The reception hours of each residence are indicated in the left box on the residence presentation pages. During these time slots, our reception team will be pleased to give you the keys to your apartment directly. Arrivals outside these times are possible 24/7 (see below).
Each Appart’City offers a range of services and services included or à la carte, such as: TV, Internet access, breakfast, apartment cleaning, laundry, parking, etc.
To validate your reservation, you will be asked to pay into the residence's bank account via bank transfer a sum equivalent to the amount of the processing fees and the security deposit. The first month's rent will be due upon your arrival.
To guarantee you total comfort during your stay at Appart’City, it is not possible to add an extra bed.
Depending on the configuration of the apartment, you will find either a double bed or an Italian bed, the latter is made up of two single beds for one person, connected using a zipper system or a Velcro strip, which guarantees a solid attachment and ensures you a comfortable night's sleep.
