Frequently Asked Questions
We provide you with a maintenance kit, consisting of dishwashing liquid, sponge and cloth (or 2 tablets if equipped with a dishwasher) to start your stay as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom on request from reception. A linen kit can be renewed for you during your stay, on request
Service is generally provided Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Please consult the description sheet of your Appart’City to check if it offers other times or a service on Sundays.
The cleaning service varies depending on the range of our aparthotels to always offer you more comfort, whatever the length of your stay. No, all our apartments are non-smoking, you will be charged a supplement for non-compliance with the internal regulations. We have provided ashtrays outside your Appart’City.
