Are towels and bed linen provided?

With Appart'City, travel light: you will find in your flat a bathroom linen kit including: 1 bath sheet and 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per flat. An additional bathroom linen kit is available on request (optional). Your room is ready when you arrive, the beds are already made, you can leave your sheets at home!

What are your general conditions of sale for online transactions?

The prices shown are per apartment and per night. The prices do not include tourist tax which is to be paid on site. We offer several rates, our terms of sale for each rate will be provided when making your reservation. What does flat cleaning include and how often is it done?

The flat is cleaned before your arrival. A cleaning service at the end of your stay is included in the price of your stay, whatever the range and type of flat. This service does not include the cleaning of the kitchen, which is the responsibility of the client or can be entrusted to us. The cost of this "Kitchen Cleaning" service is charged at €10.00. 

For stays of 7 nights or more, a complete cleaning with change of all linen is included in the price, except for the kitchen and the dishes. The day of this cleaning is to be agreed with the reception team of your Appart'City, we invite you to inquire at the reception. Here are the different formulas proposed :

. The "Complete cleaning" package includes the total cleaning of the flat, excluding the equipped kitchen area. Rates for the "Complete cleaning" formula: T1 = 19,00€, T1 bis and T2 = 29,00€, T3 = 39,00€, T4 = 49,00€.

. The "Express cleaning" formula includes: a new bed (without change of sheets), emptied bins, change of bath sheets. Express cleaning" formula rate: Single rate = 8,00 € whatever the range and type of flat.

. The "Kitchen cleaning" formula includes the cleaning of the equipped kitchen area. Single rate = 10,00 €.

What time is breakfast served?

The breakfast service is generally provided from 7:00 to 9:00 Monday to Friday, and 8:00 to 10:00 Saturdays and Sundays (Sunday service may vary depending on your chosen Appart’City). Please consult the fact sheet for your chosen Appart’City to check their hours.

Are cleaning supplies provided?

A maintenance kit is provided to set you up for your stay, including washing-up liquid, sponge and tea towel (or 2 tablets if using a dishwasher) as well as a vacuum cleaner and broom both available upon request at reception. Fresh linen can be provided throughout your stay, upon request.

Can you accommodate minors under the age of 18?

Appart’City cannot accommodate minors under the age of 18 who are not accompanied by their legal guardian. In the case where a minor has made a reservation or intends to stay alone without their legal guardian, the reservation may be cancelled immediately, even during the booking process.

Is smoking permitted inside the apartments?

No, our apartments are smoke-free, you may be charged a penalty fee for non-compliance with these regulations. We have provided ashtrays outside of our Appart’City hotels...

How do I book my stay?

You can make a reservation 24/7 on our website www.appartcity.com or by telephone on 01 81 90 90 90 (cost of a local call) Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00, if calling from abroad dial +331 81 90 90 90. To make your Appart’City reservation, go to the welcome page, enter your destination into the search engine, select your travel dates using the calendar then click “Search”. You will then be redirected to the corresponding Appart’City page displaying prices and availability.

Which payment methods do you accept?

A number of payment methods are accepted when paying for your stay, depending on the establishment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express bank cards, holiday vouchers, gift vouchers... with the exception of Visa Electron, Maestro, and prepaid cards.
