How soon will my security deposit be refunded?

The remainder of your security deposit will be refunded to you by bank transfer, to the bank account provided, 2 months after your departure (on average). This refund takes approximately 1 month when the inventory of fixtures carried out at the end of the rental period is compliant with that carried out at the beginning of the rental period. However, if damage, insufficient cleaning or over-consumption are noted upon your departure, the refund will take longer due to resulting deductions.
